When I started meditating a few years ago, I had to go to a meditation center, which sometimes felt a bit "difficult", but after all I thought it was worth it, ok, well worth it.
But now it has become so easy to meditate, because online meditation is offered. You can do it from home, from your own favorite sofa. No trips in the cold, rain and snow, just sitting on the couch with a cup of tea and cozying up. And if you feel the need for it, there is still the opportunity to meet a living meditation guide.
